We believe in "word of mouth" marketing.
- Integrity Lighting, Inc. will only accept returns because of manufacture defect or damage caused during the shipping process. We will pay all shipping costs (we decide the shipping) and you will be refunded the purchase price 100%.
- You need to notify us of the defect or damage within ten (10) business days of the receipt of the shipment. Call us at 918-425-4446 Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Central Time Zone.
- If you find it necessary to return an item for reasons other than dissatisfaction, you will be refunded your money, minus shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10%. Refund will be processed after we receive the item and we find the item to be in it's original condition.
- All Clearance or Used item sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
- All sales are final. We will not accept returns because you are not satisfied with the product. If you want to contact the manufacturer of the product, we will be happy to assist you with that process.
